We vetted a few companies to replace the flooring in our entire basement after a recent experience with flooding. We chose Wyatt‘s Professional Flooring based on their excellent customer service, attention to detail and industry knowledge. Michael conducted our initial meeting and provided us with a full understanding of what the job would entail and what products were best suited for our needs. We were able to get a quote at the same time of the initial visit and all costs were clearly explained. The installation was scheduled in a timely fashion so we didn’t have to wait long to have our floors repaired. Jesse and James completed the installation efficiently, paying great attention to every detail. They also cleaned as they went and made sure everything looked perfect. The end result was gorgeous LVT flooring. I would highly recommend Wyatt’s Professional Flooring for any flooring needs.

Wyatt was great to work with from the initial consultation/estimate to final completion of the job. He discussed with me my options and gave different price point comparisons for what I wanted to accomplish. Very professional and timely responses and answered any and all of my questions to put me at ease. His son and team that installed worked efficiently and completed the job well within the time window. I am extremely pleased with the final result, the install is very clean, looks great and I couldn't be happier. I am currently planning additional flooring projects and will certainly be calling Wyatt and his team when I am ready for the next one.

We had an excellent experience with Wyatt’s Professional Flooring. From start to finish, everything was seamless! Mike came out to size up the job. He had a variety of products to choose from and he helped us to find exactly what we were hoping for. He let us know how long the job would take, and he was right on target. The cost was very reasonable. The installation team was led by Mike’s son Jesse, and the crew was such a pleasure to do business with! They were punctual, dependable, helpful, and very kind and courteous. Jesse did a great job communicating with us about what to expect each day. I expected the installation to be overwhelming and chaotic, but it was very doable, exciting, and pleasant due to the way it was managed by Jesse and his team. We will definitely call this company again for any/all of our flooring needs and we highly recommend them! They do beautiful work!

Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained well about carpet and luxury vinyl planks. The material and use of them was explained well which helped us understand the choices we have. He installed carpet on one side of our basement and LVP on the other with carpet on the stairs. Installation was done on time and left the basement cleaned. He helped us choose best options in our budget for basement flooring. We are very satisfied with the product and installation. We will definitely hire him for other rooms’s flooring.

We had a wonderful experience using Wyatt’s Professional Flooring. Mike was wonderful to work with and understanding of our situation/scheduling of carpet due to a fire back in January. He did everything he could to accommodate our needs and work around his busy schedule. He was very professional, honest about product and easy to work with! The carpet turned out beautiful. Would definitely recommend his company to others and use him again in the future. Also, the kids are enjoying sliding down the beautifully carpeted stairs very much!
