  Bryan Kilby, Ryan Allinson and the rest of the service team at Jones Bel Air Subaru treated us like we were their most important customer from the moment we started working with them. I have never had such an easy and enjoyable service experience. Jones Subaru is a real first class operation that doesn't just talk about customer service, they actually do it from the beginning to the end of your service experience. It's obvious why Jones customers are customers for life - to go anywhere else is to choose less than the best.

  Salesman Fred was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted at the exact time we needed it! We were very pleased with the service we received as well as our great new Subaru Forester!

  Found Jones Bel Air Subaru on first leg of a very long road trip when my Check Engine light came on and my Outback began to run poorly. Brandon made us feel very comfortable, even our pup (who was happily greeted by nearly every employee, and they gave him a mini tire dog toy!). We were there for under two hours, they ran the code, cleaned the mass air flow sensor, replaced it and sent us on our way and didn’t charge me a cent! My car ran beautifully for the remainder of the trip! 3400 Miles in a week! I wish Jones was near home, I’d bring my car in for everything it needs! THANK YOU BRANDON and the tech who took great care of my old car! I’m so relieved and grateful! BTW...the light hasn’t come back on!
