Your workout can be tailored to your level of ability by Vinnie. Highly recommend checking it out. It becomes a working out with friends experience which is a great feeling.

(February 5, 2019, 6:19 pm)The workout classes at this gym kick your butt and Vinnie (the owner/personal trainer) keeps you motivated the whole time! The facility isn’t intimidatingly huge, but has all the equipment you need to meet your fitness goals. Very clean and well kept and most importantly, a very welcoming atmosphere.

(January 28, 2019, 10:25 pm)In the six months that I’ve been working out with Vinnie, I’ve seen more progress than I thought possible. I’ve had substantial gains in strength, endurance, recovery time, balance, and overall energy level. I’ve also had many intangible gains as well — I now enjoy the soreness after a hard workout, and I actively look for ways to build healthier habits. Vinnie pushes me harder than I’d be able to push myself, and for the rest of the day after a workout, I feel strong, powerful, and confident.

Vinnie took the time to help me set goals and made sure I was able to accomplish them. He is always available to answer questions, send motivation and help keep you on track. The entire atmosphere of personal power fitness is wonderful, supportive, non judgemental and motivating. If you were wondering if this would be the place for you......you can not go wrong! ????
