  Recently bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here. We worked with Brendan who was fairly new to the car sales game, but he was great all the same. Brendan & the sales manager here were some of the easiest people to work with through the car buying process (and I've bought or helped with the purchase of more than my fair share of vehicles). They were flexible and willing to work with us on getting the vehicle up to our standard before taking the keys.

  The salesman Brandon was very professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. The online price , and the real price were about 2500.00 different and that was the only issue purchasing my vehicle. I would definitely refer Cook VW , but be mindful of the price game !! But I'm overall satisfied with the vehicle I purchased.

  We visited Cook Volkswagen today, and purchased a 2017 Ford Escape. We found the vehicle, along with others of interest, by visiting Cook's website directly. The website is very user -friendly, and allows very detailed searches.
  
  Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Robert Damrow. Robert is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He quickly determined our needs by asking appropriate, open-ended questions.
  
  During the test drive, Robert explained all of the features of the vehicle, of which there were many. He also demonstrated the use of functions that were not self-explanatory, and patiently answered our questions. He gets extra points for giving us time to decide without being pushy or impatient.
  
  Unfortunately, I don't remember the name if the gentleman in the Finance/Management office, but he was also very friendly and efficient. Documents were prepared quickly and efficiently, and the freshly-washed vehicle was waiting for us at the door. Robert earned more points by syncing my phone to the car.
  
  This was an extremely pleasant car-shopping experience (something I usually dread). I would highly recommend Cook Volkswagen and Robert to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
  
  The icing on the cake.... Out of curiosity, I checked Car Gurus after I got home. The vehicle we had just purchased was listed as a "Great Deal".

  Huge thank you for Teena for making my car buying experience painless and working late into the night to get me into a new car. She went above and beyond in every aspect and I could not have asked for a better salesperson. Thank you so much!

  Today was a day that showed me there are awesome people being amazing! I went to the service department today, for a radio issue. I was told over the phone the price and it was very fair. Once I got there it happened to be a different issue and worse than we thought. The men at the service desk were so understanding and humble. They did not charge me anything at all, and I was happy and in shock! This was so kind and thoughtful of them to do. When I was waiting on my car everyone at this location spoke, smiled and was super kind. I think they have some happy gas coming through the A/C lol. This was by far one of the most professional car Dealership and service place that I have ever been to worldwide in my life. I just want everyone to know where the passion and love for the customers are, which is at this location. I want to thank you all for your kindness and I will be a returning customer . I hope that the bosses know and acknowledge how amazing your staff is!
