Kaitlin’s great, both times I’ve seen her so far have been pretty last minute and she was super accommodating. Will take your vision and make it happen or has a good eye for what will look best if you’re unsure. They use Novalash and are still priced competitively to those who use cheaper products. I’m very picky and have had sub par experiences other places with lashes glued together, visible clumps of glue, natural lash loss, etc. and have experienced none of these things with her and will continue to go back.

I love my new lashes! This was my first time getting lash extensions and Kaitlin was super helpful in walking me through the process. I was nervous going in because I generally keep my look very minimal and natural. Kaitlin listened to my concerns, went through all the options with me and made a spot on recommendation. Bel air lash bar was very clean and all the lash artists were friendly and professional. Kaitlin even reached out to me the day after my service to make sure I wasn’t having any issues. I can’t wait to go back for my first fill in and will be recommending Kaitlin to anyone interested in beautiful lashes. I can only say the best about the quality of service and the beautiful work I get here from Sam. Sam is amazing at making the entire experience comfortable, enjoyable, and detail oriented. She pays great attention to my preferences and the look I want to achieve and her work is always stunning.

I will also add that I am a mother and a physician during the COVID pandemic and everything is exceptionally clean, ( and I am very OCD given what I do) which is also super important to me!

I’ve been going to the Bel Air Lash Bar for over two years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Sam has taken great care of me since I first expressed interest in getting my lashes done. I love being able to wake up each day and not have to stress about putting on makeup. This is a friendly environment and all of the ladies here make this place very welcoming and unique. Vanessa is really awesome. Bel Air Lash Bar does a great job at accommodating exactly how you want your lashes done by communicating with you to meet your needs. They are able to do top and bottom lashes- which is difficult to come by. They are also fairly priced. I'm extremely happy with my lashes and would recommend Bel Air Lash Bar to anyone who wants to get their lashes done.
