  I've known Joe in a professional setting for a number of years, and recently needed him for my rental house. He was quick to diagnose, worked firsthand with my tenants, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He stands by his work, and gets the job done right.

  Had a well pump issue. Unmatched response via phone, and awesome service. Made sure the issue was fixed, and fixed honest and right, despite being late at night. Very easy and pleasant to deal with. Would HIGHLY recommend for routine and emergency plumbing issues. Will refer family and friends.

  This afternoon we had no water. Called Straight Plumbing and Joe came out later that afternoon and quickly identified and resolved the issue (replaced well pump) working in the rain to ensure we had water by evening. Joe did a great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

  A lot of good to be said about this company. It's hard to find an honest company these days that will go out of their way for their customers. I had asked if they could give me an estimate on a job and they came right out, priced out the work at a good price and then took a look at some of the other issues in the house. Not only did I get an education on what was happening with certain plumbing issues, but they saved me a ton of money by getting it fixed at the source of the problem. I had another company doing the maintenance on my house filters and water softener but it turns out that they had cut corners and I not only had hard water but iron in the system as well. I plan on only using Straight Plumbing from now on as they have definitely proven to have the best interest of the customer in mind.

  Had a plumbing emergency caused by well water. Joe responded in a very timely manner and was able to fix the issue quickly. Priced very fairly, too. I rely on him for all of my plumbing needs - I highly recommend him.
