(November 30, 2018, 6:01 pm)I've always been treated well and in a timely manner. The employees have been helpful and given me advice that was very much appreciate. This is only one of two locations that I would rate a five star. I've been with BOA for over 20 years and have been to a lot of locations.
Btw, this is a bank, not a restaurant or gas station. Public restrooms are optional. Most smaller clothing stores don't have public restrooms, either.
Additionally, if you have been with a bank for 20 years and can only voice one complaint, I'm impressed. -

(March 20, 2018, 7:32 pm)Wasn't going to review a bank, but I felt bad because this place is better than 1 star. I haven't had any issues here. The tellers have been exceptionally friendly and have handled all of my basic banking needs quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure what else you can ask for. That being said, I haven't dealt with anything other than basic banking services (no loans, new accounts, investing, etc.) so I can't speak to that. They do tend to get busy during lunch hours and eod, so if you're trying to do banking during your lunch break, take into consideration that there will potentially be a line.
