  I really like their milk foam bubble tea, so drink milk foam tea a lot when I go there. I always get milk foam, so I do not know about different flavor. However, my brother got taro bubble tea that was not mixed properly. There were a lot of clumps. Also, their taro was not purple. It tasted taro though.

  Tea top is my favorite bubble tea place in the area :) they have a great selection of teas and a growing menu of savory food and sweet desserts. I go often and the staff is great and friendly :D my favorite is earl grey milk foam with pearls and half sweet !

  Great selection of teas. The bubbles are good. They have food here as well. I like the popcorn chicken which is fried dark meat chicken with five spice. They have board games and a relaxing atmosphere. They are very good with correcting issues with your order here. Just double check your receipt before they start making it, otherwise they will gladly make you another drink.

  Tea Top, Fresh new Bubble Tea place in Ellicott City. Staffs are friendly. Their bubble tea is as good as other and few of their favors are better than others in the area. Their Taro milk tea I can actually taste Taro in it and I was surprised. Other Tea based drink got good tea favor.
  Make sure you custom order for your sweetness just in case if you are sensitive about it.
  Parking is good but can get little pack sometimes.
  If you enjoy a good bubble tea, treat yourself a great tasting one and come to Tea Top. Give them a try, you might be surprised.
