Just spoke to Mike on the phone and he was very pleasant and helpful. They didn't perform the service I was looking for but never the less he was generous with his time and advice which is rare nowadays.
Had my gas insert fireplace annual maintenance with 21st Century. Mike was very professional throughout the service and also took the time to educate me about my fireplace, proper use and care, etc. He definitely knows his stuff and was friendly and respectful in our home. Thanks!
This is the second year I have used this company and have been very pleased with the maintenance cleaning on our gas fireplace. They are very professional in their customer service and, most importantly, they will preform exceptional service on the unit. They come very highly recommended.

Excellent work at a fair price! Made our old rusty fire place look and run like it’s brand new is less then 2 hours. Gave an one hour appointment window and showed up right in the middle of it. Would recommend to anyone!
