  Nice time as always. The bartenders never fail to amuse me and my friends. Try the jalepeño mozzarella sticks and the crab dip!

  Outstanding selection of beers and the crab dip is killer! Ordered a Reuben sandwich, it's one of the best I've ever had. Always a great time!

  Great bar food! Staff is Awesome. Only bottled beers, no drafts, but no joke they have an amazing variety. Ask about the 99 beer list. Also they have happy hour specials during the week.

  Good food, great service, good prices. True Ellicott City ambiance. Don't overlook the antique tiffany glass address windows for sale.

  Great ownership, amazing employees, delicious food, vast beer selection... I could go on and on. After two devastating floods, Phoenix's name shows its meaning. It will always rise (it proves the greatness of this establishment). Everyone feels like family. They have generous specials during the week. Happy Hour is Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm. I'm pretty sure they have karaoke Thursday and Sunday. The upstairs is open on weekends (Fri/Sat) and there's a pool table/dj up there. It can also be rented out for private parties. I highly recommend the Phoenix Emporium for anyone! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.
