  House Doctors of Columbia were phenomenal. I had a huge issue with mold within the drywall on a bulkhead in my living room. I needed the hole in my bulkhead replastered, mold remediated, and for the bulkhead to be re-painted. I was working on a strict timeline before I started a new job and House Doctors were able to get the job done quickly.
  
  Ed Cale, Office Manager was phenomenal. He talked through the issue with me to identify what exactly I needed, told me that he could get me scheduled right away and the job done in 2 days (which gave me plenty of time to rest before I started a new job), quickly wrote up pricing and sent me an estimate!
  
  The day that the job was supposed to start, Ed gave me a call early that morning and let me know when the gentlemen would arrive to my house. The representatives were prompt, announced themselves, and then walked with me throughout the house to inspect the issues.
  
  I was at the house while the reps did the job and they were highly courteous, detailed-oriented, team-work oriented, and thorough. Anytime they discovered an issue, they discussed it amongst themselves to find the best plan of action, and continued with the work.
  
  The interesting part was that one of the reps was new to the company, and the other rep was more seasoned at House Doctors (assumingly). When I heard them talking, the more seasoned rep would ask the new rep if he was doing okay on his part of the job to check on him. When they were working on a section of the bulkhead together, the more seasoned rep as the other rep if he follows a certain method or "how do you do it?" and "is the way you do it?" so that we he was not clashing with the other reps method. I thought that this was very good that they worked well together, communicated what they needed to one another, checked-in with each other, and made sure not to overstep over one another's methods.
  
  I was very appreciative of the fact that the reps took out the most molded wooden slat, and replaced it with a new 2x4. For the rest of the wooden slats that had mold, they sprayed conchrombium on it and the mold came right off (my mold issue wasn't too bad)! Overall, the job was finished rapidly, and it was done extremely well; I can't tell at all where they replaced the existing bulkhead and put a new one up--that's how good of a job that they do.
  
  I was also grateful that when they discovered any issues, while I was out of the house, the reps called Ed and told him the issue, then Ed would call me to see what course of action I would like to take.
  
  House Doctors was really great, professional, efficient, and know what they are doing. I can't say enough good things about their good customer service skills. And not to mention---it was all done for an extremely reasonable price. My pockets didn't break.

  Very professional; great communicator via email and over the phone and easy to talk to; polite customer service personnel; prompt arrival; honest opinion and assessment of the work/job to be done; pleasant mannerism;

  Brian was very nice. He explained everything and took care of my door repair in a timely fashion. He used paint he had on his truck to paint part of the door he fixed. Use these guys they are reasonably priced and were able to complete my work one day after I called.
