  I am conflicted. She is obviously very intelligent and will do everything to get you healthier, but at the same time that's also a way to make more cash. I mean everything, even stuff that you might not necessarily need. It's not stuff that doesn't make sense, but it can get very expensive.
  
  When you first come in, there's a sheet that talks about them charging you for copies of paper. It's weird when every minutia is looked at as a way to make money. Now don't get me wrong, if you don't know what you have and you need help she'll do every test and try everything in the book to get you better. I'm sure that's a way to justify making the money, that they are trying to help. It's just the road chosen to help, while often the best road possible, is also the most expensive one.
  
  Also, I think i see more pharmaceutical reps coming in than actual patients sometimes. I get it, that's how you make money, but I've never seen so many people in suits coming in and out of a practice ever. Hah

  A telltale sign that a business is healthy is the morale of the employees. They're smiling, helpful, and seem happy to be there, which is one of the reasons I feel comfortable with Dr. G. She has a good bedside manner, and is caring. She's experienced, knowledgeable, and flexible. To that point of flexibility, I believe this is one aspect which hinders her ability to see patients timely. The business is scrappy, no doubt. They are slightly unorthodox, but certainly customer AND business centric. Make no bones about it, Dr. G is about her business. But her business is her customers, and she wouldn't be thriving like this if she were ineffective with her customers.
  
  People are complaining, legitimately so, about wait times. WAIT TIMES. You have a serious condition and are going to one of the best docs and are concerned about the wait. Yes, the wait can be flat out excruciating, and hence, the less than 5-star rating. They can definitely do somethings differently to improve this aspect of the business.
  
  I've also heard and seen people complain of the "thoroughness" (my word, not the complainers) of Dr. G's approach. Yes, she sends you through many checkpoints of testing, which can be costly. BUT, I'd much rather have that than someone who scans you up and down, sends you to an MRI and attempts to give you a diagnoses with meds. So I'd much rather a physician give me the gamut of options tests than any other approach.
  
  If you want to be in proven, trusted hands, then go see Dr. G... and wait.

  I have been very impressed with this practice. The doctor and PA are knowledgeable and caring. it's a busy and large office so appointments usually move fast. Be prepared with questions ui advance to make the most of your time.

  When I met Dr. G, she reassured me that she would be with me through a diagnosis. She has more than kept her word. I’ve been a patient for about six months, and I’m always struck by the knowledge and compassion of Dr. G and her team. Dr. G takes a holistic approach to her practice—she has not only addressed my physical symptoms, but she’s also been a tremendous help in helping manage my anxiety and overall emotional well-being. She is so thorough in her research, testing, and analysis that I feel confident I am getting the best care possible. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a professional practice and would recommend the Center for Brain & Neuro Care to anyone in need of an analytical, tenacious, and attentive neurologist (and staff!).
