My italian greyhound just had liver shunt surgery this Monday. Dr. Keats did a wonderful job. His bedside manner is outstanding. I cant thank him enough! Helen, definately keeps the ship running. She made me feel like Chase was hers, and his care was her top concern. She is amazing and very loving, I adored her and she deserves praise and recognition.
This facility is wonderful. Dr Keats is very thorough, and his assistant Helen is the best. My little guy has a few orthopedic issues and I feel confident that Dr Keats will do the very best for him. I am so pleased I found these guys.
Dr Keats is a fantastic surgeon. He was very thorough, explained everything and followed up with several calls, always called when he said he was going to call. A truly gifted and professional surgeon.
Our dog required amputation of his right rear leg. The procedure went well and we brought him home after a couple of days. Initially, he took to the change quite well and was very mobile. 3 days later, he seemed to be backsliding with balance issues so we took him to our regular vet to be sure that all was OK. Our vet examined our dog and told us that our dog was tired and what he was doing was normal but also that the amputation was the best surgical work that he had seen in the 35 years that he had been practicing.
The facility is brand new, very modern, very high tech. In addition to surgical, they have oncology, cardiac and 24 hour emergency, probably other areas of practice I neglected to mention.
