  Lucid kickboxing has been a great place to train. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and freely shares it with his students. I've been there for about three months and not only have learned a lot and refined my technique, but have improved my conditioning considerably as well. The gym has a lot of space and everything you need.

  I previously trained under coach Kevin at another gym and he is an all around awesome fighter as well as a great coach. I am a high school student who started out with him and trained under him for 6 months until he opened his own gym. The experience was great as he is very involved with his work. As many people will tell you, he is able to work with all types of people, encourages you to do your best in the every way possible, and makes it feel as if you are apart of something bigger. Coach Kevin would take extra time to show us videos of fights and training videos before and after practice. He is always happy to answer any questions you have and he makes you feel comfortable asking for help on technique, drills, or anything else. The atmosphere is great as everyone is extremely friendly and will always help you out when you need something. Personally, it had a huge impact on my life as I found a love for the sport.

  Loved the vibe! It is a great place to train with awesome people and great coach. Each class you’ll feel as though if you are being personally trained. Whether you are a beginner or someone trying to get back into training this is an awesome place to start your MMA journey!

  Kevin, himself, is an excellent martial artist. His impressive fight record (both amateur and pro), and grappling credentials, speak for themselves. He is more than just a competitor, however. Kevin is just as an impressive instructor as he is a fighter. Perhaps the only thing stronger than his desire to improve himself is his urge to help others grow. Unlike other higher level practitioners/coaches, Kevin is able to communicate, and work effectively with, the whole spectrum of students, from professionals to first timers. If you are in the Columbia area, and are looking to improve yourself, and have fun doing it, I strongly recommend working with Kevin Chung.

  Being under Coach Kevin during Muay Thai was an unforgettable time in my life. He helped me be more accountable in my life and in training and also helped me make decisions in my personal life transitioning into college. Kevin is helping me become a more developed and hard working adult and can do the same for others. The equipment is very nice and attractive. As a growing adult I am very happy and thankful to be apart of something like this and look forward to its growth.
