  I highly recommend Ourisman Dodge Jeep Ram of Clarksville. We have been leasing with them since 2017. They have outstanding customer service and staff members. We started or process online with Jacob Black the Internet Sales Manager. Jacob introduced us to our salesman David Daniels, who was very professional and provided excellent customer service. We look forward to working with David in the future once our lease is up. We are satisfied with our purchase and look forward to working with them again. Go check them out!

  I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ourisman in Clarksville. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit last night and could not have been happier with the process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. David was my salesman, he went above and beyond and made sure my three daughters were comfortable while waiting. Ourisman in Clarksville is an amazing dealership to do business with! I’m sure I’ll be back soon to purchase something for my daughter who will be driving soon :)

  Ourisman has provided me with a terrific experience so far as customer. I come from a nearby Ford dealer and was very displeased with the level of service provided. So far Ourisman has surpassed my expectations and provided me with all the info requested as well as service where needed, since my initial purchase in early June.
  
  Cliff was terrific throughout the buying process. Effectively communicating all necessary details pertaining to my new truck including features, trade-in values, etc.
  
  Mike in service has been thoroughly communicative as well. The 1st week I had the truck, unfortunately the bed cover flew off when driving. Mike ordered the cover next day after speaking with me, and it arrived/was installed much sooner than I had anticipated.
  
  It is great to have a dealer that makes their customers a priority and it feels good knowing they have my back should any problems arise with the vehicle. Thanks again to the Ourisman team!

  I just purchased a new 2023 Willys Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4x4 from this Ourisman dealership. It has a 2.0L Turbo, the Xtreme Recon Kit, Safety Group, and Tan Seats.
  
  Mr. Mitch Stainback was the salesman I worked with throughout the whole process from talking through what I wanted to factory ordering it, getting it delivered, and signing the paperwork. He was very straightforward with me the whole time and, after hours and hours of research, I genuinely believe I got a good deal. This was my first vehicle purchase ever and Mitch was better than what I went in expecting! Even when an instant, $1000 cash rebate (that I received 2 months prior) was removed by the manufacturer (which we knew was a possibility ahead of time), Mitch fought for me and got another one added in its place. I knew my OTD price when factory ordering and Mitch stuck to his word while being very responsive over email. There were no surprises!
  
  I'm happy with my experience here and look forward to coming back if I need anything again.
