  Dr. Parmar has helped me tremendously by looking at my sleep problems holistically. Now I don’t only have good sleeping nights but also wake up looking forward to very productive days. Kudos as well for her wonderful office staff who are equally marvelous. I would recommend her services to anyone who has severe apnea issues.

  I have sleep apnea and could not tolerate using a CPAP. After consultation with Dr. Parmar, I was fitted with an oral device to address/resolve my sleep apnea. I had excellent results from using this oral device after 3 months. I now have more energy during the day and sleep soundly for at least 7-8 hours every night. The service I recieved from Sleep Better Maryland was very professional and competent.

  Getting the dental sleep apnea appliance has changed my life for the better! I sleep better than I ever did with CPAP, and am not tied to the machine. I dream and am no longer tired in the AM. I don’t wake up at all during the night. I have told so many friends and coworkers who have sleep apnea to contact Dr Parmar’s office- they are SO knowledgeable and friendly. I am an RN so I ask a lot of questions- the Dr and the staff explain the why and the how. I strongly recommend that CPAP users or those who might have sleep apnea look into a dental appliance with Dr Parmar, as she is Boarded in Sleep Dentistry.

  I’m 26 yrs old and had trouble sleeping and and staying asleep. Used to wake up with morning headaches every day and it was impacting my daily life. I didn’t know what to do so I did a quick Google search and found Dr Parmar office. I was able to get a customized oral appliance and sleeping is never the same again. I feel well rested and energized every morning, no more headaches! Dr Parmar is very knowledgeable on Sleep apnea, she was able to diagnose me without even looking in my mouth, just from her observation and conversation with me. The office is clean and her staff are very professional, organized and friendly. Sleep Better Maryland is great! and can honestly say they treated my sleeping issue. I Highly recommend them.

  The best replacement for a CPAP machine! Dr. Parmar and team are professional, polite, helpful and committed to helping those of us that suffer with CPAP machines. I only found out about this option by doing an internet search. The mouth piece is convenient, portable, stays in all night, needs no attachments or monthly supplies.
