  As a first time homebuyer I could not ask for a better realtor! He was very professional. I really liked that he wanted to make sure I found the home that fit my needs. I have already told my friends and family about him. I would definitely use Tony again as my realtor!!

  Tony did a stand up job, I was purchasing my first home and I could not have asked for a better agent. He was patient, honest, trustworthy, at no time did I feel misguided or rushed throughout the process. He was always open for phone calls about the thousands of questions I had. I did not know much about buying a home and he walked me through each step patiently and thoroughly. His background in contracting was a huge asset as we toured houses, pointing out flaws, concerns, as well as the good features of the homes. He was present at every inspection, walkthrough, and meeting. He was genuinely looking out for my best interest. I went with his judgment of several things throughout the process and he did not let me down. I cannot stress enough how great a job he did. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone whether a first time home buyer or not.

  Tony is a top knotch buying agent. He was on top of EVERY transaction, helped us negotiate in our best interest, and assisted with contractors. We found him to be professional, reliable, and extremely likable, and we'd use him again in a heartbeat!

  I just bought my first house with Tony's help and he made the daunting process so simple and easy. He took the time to explain all the necessary information that I needed and he answered each question I had. Tony is honest and experienced and it was apparent that he had my best interest in mind. He gave me a lot of useful advice as a first time homeowner, and is just an all around good guy! I definitely recommend Tony Zowd if you are looking for a Maryland realtor!

  Tony was supportive, knowledgeable and a great pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers he walked us through the entire process. He educated us on the entirety of the process. He always kept a positive outlook and provided sincere feedback. Tony played a vital role in helping us get the best deal, in the best neighborhood and under budget. My fiance and I never thought we would enjoy house hunting. Tony helped us see potential and past imperfections. We found a house that fit our current needs and one with plenty of entertaining space :)
  Overall, if you are in need of a realtor, I would always recommend Tony Zowd. He is a family man, expert in his field and honest. He was my mother's friend and realtor. Now he is our friend and realtor. Sincerest gratitude to Tony for making this experience completely joyful.
