Every single team member went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Most of all, Dr Modarres is an exceptional dentist who went out of his way to treat my issue and made sure I understood all of my options. He listened to my concerns and was genuinely compassionate. He was awesome!

I have been coming to Ellicott City Smiles since 1994. I started coming here on the recommendation of my sister after I had a bad experience with another dentist, and from day 1, I have never wanted to go anywhere else! I have always had a great dental experience. I have recommended this practice to friends and family, and everyone has been very pleased. In fact, I have over 10 family members who are also patients here. The staff is very friendly and professional, and I am always treated like part of the family. Never once have I had a billing issue (That says a lot since I've been coming for 25+ years!) I've also had extensive work done: Root Canals, Crowns, Implants, Whitening... Even though some of these procedures were complicated, I have never once had an adverse reaction or any complications. Numbing for any of these procedures has been relatively painless. Dr. Modarres takes the time to explain every procedure, ask if you have any questions, discuss alternatives, and give you all the information needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, the doctors are always up on the latest techniques and industry guidelines. Brenda does a great job with cleanings, and I welcome her attention to detail. I live an hour away, but I refuse to find a dentist closer to my home, as I trust the doctors here immensely. The office is meticulously clean and spacious, with plenty of free parking.

Dr. Car is hands down the best dentist on the planet and the staff is just as wonderful. They educate you if there are any problems and all smile and seem to really enjoy their job. The front desk is also extremely pleasant. The reno that they just had is adorable too. Very modern and up to date. Electric fire place in the waiting room! I would recommend this place to anyone!
