  First time today with my 6yo hound mix, couldn't have gone better, already purchased a return package.

  The FRIENDLIEST staff- wonderful experience the hundreds of times I have come here. My two small shelter pit bull mutts absolutely love it! One of the last times I visited there was a guy in the waiting room, bad mouthing me like I couldn't hear him, because he got there way early and was upset that his dog wasn't in the pool yet. The concept of time isn't really all that difficult if you think about it. If you have a 3:30pm appointment, arrive at 3:29 and there won't be a wait. I always arrive on time and my dogs go right into the pool. Will be visiting again and again!

  My dog Biscuit had to get knee surgery back in the beginning of April. I knew she needed to swim so I did some research online and found this place. Biscuit doesn't really like water, actually, in her mind, water was acid. My first visit, I was pretty nervous. I found out very quickly that the owner, Dominique, was such a caring and compassionate person. She greeted us and was so sweet to my nervous dog. Went it was time to swim, we got Chris as her coach who never rushed or forced Biscuit into the pool. He was so patient and just let Biscuit go in on her own (it took a long while). Today, almost 3 months after our first visit, even after Biscuit's full recovery, we still go because Biscuit now JUMPS into the water. She LOVES it. We have had the other coaches and ALL of them are wonderful. Zach is full of energy and everyone is so polite and professional. We will be a lift-time customer for sure!

  Wonderful canine facility. Well trained, friendly staff, easy parking, quick schedule, reasonably priced, and meticulously clean. The best in the metropolitan Washington DC region.
