(November 12, 2018, 8:50 am)We picked up rental, Anny the branch manager was super nice. We even got a jeep wrangler since I told her we are going to Florida. Unfortunately that car was too loud, since I have never sat in one I was worried that something is wrong with the car. That's when hell started. We went from branch to branch to get it swapped. We had to swap it 5 times. Upon telling the whole story to Anny who when we returned the car was very apologetic even she had nothing to do with the issues. She even gave us some discount for our troubles which was super nice of her. Anny M. Chuquicondor put my faith back in enterprise.
