  Three months ago I was looking at knee surgery. The pain in my knee prevented me from doing stairs and even walking with comfort. Shots did not help.
  Natalia was able to reduce the pain in my knee despite the arthritis. She was upfront with me, allowing that she could not cure arthritis but could help with some of the pain. The swelling has subsided and I am now doing stairs and my two mile daily walk with comfort. She is great at explaining the issues and the treatment.
  Everyone, in the Center including Baruch, has been friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them.

  Such a positive, helpful physical therapy center!
  I know that when I am with Natalia, her mind is always working on my condition. She also dedicates quite some time on education, answering all my questions and paying attention to my concerns. I’m so happy to have found a physical therapist that emphasizes manual therapy approaches and techniques.
  
  I can not recommend Natalia and her wonderful team enough!

  I was in struggling to get through the day without pain killers after I had my third baby due to pain in the pelvis and in just a few weeks Natalia’s treatments have saved me. Her unique approach with manual therapy and massage has relieved my symptoms and I can focus on activities like exercise and running after my three boys.
  
  At my first appointment Natalia took the time to talk to me about my issues, but she also did an overall evaluation which gave me lots of trust. I keep improving and it’s also a pleasure to come to the office with friendly staff.

  I would highly recommend Physical Therapy Professional Center. The treatment provided by Natalia Gerachenko was exceptional. A combination of manual therapy, massage and exercise has produced wonderful results. Manual therapy is Natalia’s strongest skill, I would rather say, talent. I’ve been to several Physical Therapy offices and the way she can find and release the effected muscles is incomparable. Dr.Gerachenko took time to listen to all of my concerns and learn about my health condition. She is a friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to professional. It was great to be able to work with the same person in a one-on-one full 30 min session. Also, front office is well-run — always professional, courteous and efficient; helpful with billing and scheduling. I was always seen in a timely manner.

  I am writing this review to possibly help someone who might find themselves in my situation. I injured my vertebrae in December 2015 and was in constant pain. The Neurologist treating me recommended Physical Therapy after three months of minimal physical activity. I was told that it was very important to choose the right therapist because that could greatly affect my recovery. I chose Physical Therapy Professional Center after a lot of research, and am so glad I did.
  The Center is located in Gaithersburg, MD in the ground floor of a nondescript office building. At my first visit, I was evaluated by the founder Natalia Gerachenko and I got a good feeling right away. Natalia herself was hurt in an accident years ago and I felt that she could relate to me as a patient.
  I started therapy twice a week and have now completed 25 sessions. I mostly worked with Samantha (Sam) for exercises and had follow up sessions with Natasha and Natalia. I can wholeheartedly recommend all of them without any reservations. These are some outstanding, dedicated professionals and they helped me tremendously. I can now perform daily activities without pain and without using a brace. At this point, I am tapering off my sessions and hope to be done soon. I have been so satisfied that I have recommended this practice to my friends and colleagues. Thank You!!!
