  I highly recommend Dr. Jan. I went to him for back pain and poor posture with a pelvic tilt which I had never been able to correct with other PT/chiropractors for years. Dr. Jan has very wholistic view of looking at the problem and really understands what the root cause of the issue is. He explains things in a very understandable way. He uses clear testing methods to track your progress and creates and adjusts the treatment plan to what best suits your situation. I had a great experience and now have a significant improvement in posture with no back pain. Thank you Dr. Jan!

  Dr. Jan is an excellent physical therapist. I worked with him for about 6 or 7 months dealing with chronic shoulder/back pain. He explained the issue/cause of the pain very well and helped me understand how the exercises we we’re doing were helping. He also performed cupping and dry needling to aid in the recovery. He answered any question that I had and explained it all in very simple terms. You can tell he really cares about helping his patients and really understanding the fundamental issues behind things. I feel significantly better after working with Dr. Jan and would highly recommend!

  Dr. Jan has been able to get me back walking again! With therapy, I have been able to move muscles that I didn't know I wasn't moving for a long time. Dry needling helped relax tight muscles. I'm now able to walk everyday. I'm learning how to listen to my body.

  Dr. Jan is an exceptional physical therapist. He has a real knack for explaining complex topics in an easy to understand way. I’ve had chronic back pain for over a decade and have never felt as good as I do now after working with Dr. Jan. Highly recommend.

  Dr. Jan is an amazing physical therapist! Since working with him, chronic pain in my shoulders, back and hips decreased tremendously and I sleep much better during the night! Dr. Jan is professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Also, I have referred multiple people to his practice and everyone is a happy customer!
