  Medical professionals across the country are exhausted after 2 1/2 years of nonstop COVID. It never ends for them, and in the doctors' offices I visit, the exhaustion shows. Not at ENT Care. Every person I encountered, from my audiologist, to my medical assistant, the receptionist, and Dr. Sorenson, wasn't just kind and friendly to me; they were great with each other. And it wasn't just one or two people, it was everyone! The joy was genuine and it was nothing short of a breath of fresh air. My visit with Dr. Sorenson was great. Such a pleasant surprise, all the way around.

  I have not had good experiences with ENTs in the past and I have seen several. Dr. Sorenson is different. He listened carefully, he asked questions, he did a thorough exam, he took his time, he came up with a well-thought out plan, and he explained things carefully. It also helps that he seems to be a genuinely kind person and really loves what he does. You can't fake that. I came here on a referral from a friend who describes Dr. Siegel the same way. Looking forward to a continued relationship with this office!
  
  Update: He just performed surgery, came in the room with the same amazing enthusiasm and positivity, already feeling better! 5+ stars.

  Dr. Sorensen is very nice and very approachable. He explained my situation very clearly and he is very professional and experienced. He cares a lot about his patients and ask me if I have any question when I was confused. Overall, this is very good experience and I really appreciate him for helping me figure out what the cause of my disease.

  Dr. Sorensen took the time to explain in detail every concern I had during my appointment. He is very professional, caring and has a very good bedside manner. I had surgery with Dr. Sorensen about 2 weeks ago and I’m now able to breath better. I’m very pleased with my results. I recommend Dr. Sorensen to my family and friends.
