As first time homebuyers, she helped us with all the questions we had and reassured us whenever we started to get a bit worried. From the very beginning, Nancy was quick to send us potential properties and figure out what our top priorities were. She was always great to communicate with and made sure we understood what was going on. She’ll advocate for you at all parts of the process to make your job as a buyer as easy as possible. We felt empowered throughout the process and confident in our decision, all thanks to Nancy!
As first-time buyers, we weren’t always sure what to look for, but Nancy would always help us look at the property with a critical eye and make sure it would suit our needs and lifestyle. We were in a tough market and Nancy always made sure we really looked thoroughly and weren’t making impulse decisions and she was never pushing us to make a decision. She has a fantastic eye during previews and if you are new/aren’t familiar with what to look for, Nancy can help guide you through what to look for and what it may mean down the road.
When it came time for offers, Nancy also encouraged us to be competitive but also to stay within our comfort zone. She was quick with getting our offer together, which was especially challenging with the speed of the market. Through contract negotiations and acceptance, Nancy talked us through everything. Even after our offer was accepted, she made sure the other people on our home buying team (lender and title) were looped into communications and staying on our timeline.
