From deep tissue to Swedish to hot stones to aromatherapy this lady knows her stuff! The spa is set up so that only one person at a time is having a massage or treatment. You are plied with teas and healthy snacks as you discuss your body’s needs. A foot soak, exfoliation, essential oils are all available modalities for pampering you.

This safe place is where you learn to leave it ALL outside, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Safe space to detach and connect with oneself, always impressed with Fibrespa. Will continue to make appointments, excited to make the next appointment. I feel amazing, renewed all over. Julia's balance of Swedish, deep tissue is what massage therapy/bodywork is about. (March 30, 2018, 12:57 pm)Another fabulous massage at Fibre Spa. Today I had a full body exfoliation and moist heat to ease away the pain from too much resistance band flute work yesterday. I am chillin’ now, breathing better and free from pain. Julia knows how to do a body good!

With Julia's intuition she always knows exactly what I need. Whether it is a sports injury or an emotional need, she is able to pull from her mix of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and Reiki, knowing exactly what best serves you.
Her homespun spa, is just that...a spa. She greets you from the hustle and bustle of the real world and welcomes you into her oasis, starting with a foot bath to treat our feet that carry us (and our burdens). You move into her treatment room and feel at ease as you settle into her heated table. The hardest part is waking up and having to leave, but before you do, curl up with a blanket and enjoy some tea or chocolates before once again facing the world.
