I did 3 ART sessions with Nancy over zoom over the course of 1 month. And I have been awe struck by the potency of this work. It truly helped me tap into patterning and stories that my mind had formed for its understanding of the world - and to re-write those things with loving compassion. I was amazed with the curious tools and metaphors that arose - and each time I shared, Nancy was able to respond with such grace, validation, and further insight. I cannot recommend this practice enough for people who have experienced trauma / PTSD, anxiety, depression, and also low self esteem. I have held myself back for so long and even in this short time have noticed significant changes in my day to day emotions and subsequent activities. So grateful I made the investment for these sessions. I have done lots of talk therapy, meditation, and self exploration - but nothing clicked like ART.
I have just recently completed my therapy sessions with Dr. Montagna, it she was purely marvelous!
She is kind, understanding, and deeply sympathetic. She helped me form a different outlook on things that were troubling to me, and also utilized her skills with ART to help me combat my PTSD, she worked wonders! I recommend Dr. Montagna confidently.
I found Dr. Montagna to be warm, supportive, insightful and extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the accelerated resolution therapy, which was fast and effective in reducing my anxiety and negative thought patterns. So the treatment was both emotionally supportive and practical. Very talented therapist.
My experience with Dr Montagna is outstanding. She is knowledgable, very experienced and most of all has a very compassionate view of human beings. She knows how to get to the heart of an issue and begin to see it differently and see creative solutions. I can't say enough good things about her and would recommend her highly to anyone.
Dr. Montagna has made a huge difference in my life. I had a very destructive childhood that took me many years to heal from. Nancy has been kind, wise, and empathetic. She has gone the extra mile, for example by learning a new technique that held promise for my healing. I am so grateful for the help she has given me. I have referred friends to her, and they too have benefitted.
