  Joe was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel very comfortable asking questions, and at the end of everything I felt like I knew everything about the place. He listened very well, he was very patient, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend and I’d use him in the future if I could!

  As a first time home buyer purchasing a new construction home, I wanted an inspection for a peace of mind, but it slipped my mind and at the last minute I needed to schedule an inspection.
  
  My experience with Pro-Spex Inc. was beyond great!! I made an appointment on a Friday (day after Thanksgiving) for that upcoming Monday and Yvonne was super helpful and informative! I scheduled my appointment online and she followed up with me within an hour or so via phone and email.
  
  My inspector Darnell was GREAT! He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and very pleasant as well. He walked me thru everything he did and why. He even explained the different mechanisms in my utility closet.
  
  I definitely felt much better about moving forward after my inspection. I received my report within 24hrs and I am ready to go! I will definitely be using Pro-Spex again for my re-inspection.

  Darnell was great! He was thorough and seemed to genuinely care about his job. He took the time to answer questions and was very honest about everything. Such a pleasant overall experience!

  I had my home inspected with Darnell. He was excellent. He was very detailed and answered all of my questions as a first time home buyer. My entire experience with the company from start to finish was excellent. Timely response, great costumer service, and very detailed inspection. I am a first time home buyer and would definitely recommend this company.

  Purchasing my second house, I knew that I needed to research my own home inspection service. Previously I had listened to the advice of my realtor and purchased a house without knowing all the facts. I did some investigation and found that Pro Spex has an amazing word of mouth so I called and scheduled.
  
  The appointment set up was very easy and even when I had to switch my day and time, Yvonne in the office was very pleasant and quick to respond. On the day of inspection, my inspector, Darnell, was there on time and was very thorough. He even did things that my realtor said he had never seen another inspector do. He answered all my questions while doing his inspection and gave me honest feedback. Some things I was concerned about were fine, others could use some work.
  
  After the inspection, I got my report within 24hrs of the inspection. And the report you get is not basic. It is in depth, with pictures and tons of explanations. Breaking things down into categories of Further Investigation Needed, Routine Repair/Replacement, & Immediate/Costly Safety Concern. There are easy to read charts and summaries. It is great to help you decide the next steps in your home buying process.
