(December 26, 2018, 6:35 pm)Wanted breakfast within walking distance of our hotel at National Harbor. Westin had a nice selection of choices fairly reasonable for that area. Servers were pleasanr and efficient - not easy as there were 12 in our party. They were able to split our bill with no problem. I would return.

(October 14, 2018, 8:18 am)Very nice hotel with good service. The location is great... just next to the waterfront. Evenings are beautiful here as the sun sets in the waterfront. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food quality is good in the restaurant.

(September 3, 2018, 8:49 am)The hotel has great view of national harbor. The room size is decent, service was friendly and prompt. All the rooms around me was occupied but I could hardly hear them at all. Their indoor swimming pool and hot tub were nice to play especially during rainy day. They had 24hr gym with decent size room/ equipments. The bed was little plush for my like since I prefer firm bed, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Also over the head shower head with handle was nice feature. TV was old and small tho, I don't think it can be tilted. I had a room facing the harbor and the view was breathtaking but the super bright light the hotel turned on at night facing rooms were annoying since I could still see little through curtains. Also it is pet friendly hotel, so we could hear dogs barking. First my husband called front desk but they only called the room and didn't care when no one answered. So he went down to complain and the manager promptly responded to call owners cellphone and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for apology. Overall the quality of staying here is satisfactory.
