He was there in less than 45 minutes and did the repairs in less than 20. I have been using him ever since. He is the nicest man and will work with you if you are in a bind. He will get my work every time.

I lost my keys. Charley arranged for his locksmith to come out and make me one. But, they had to buy codes and Ken paid for this personally. He is a good Christian man. I love this company.
My insurance company called me to tell me Call Charley is on the way. Upper Marlboro is 30 minutes is about 45 minutes from my location. Well Charley pulls up to help 8 minutes after the call. It was dark cold and i was not comfortable, charley calmed me down and changed the tire. He was so nice and understanding a real gentleman. He said I have daughters and would want them treated the same way if they had a problem. Awesome service -

My family and I (including my elderly mother and two small children) were stranded in a church parking lot, in the dead of winter after our car key broke off in the car door. We called dozens of places for help. Every other place told us they couldn’t help until the next morning. So, that would have meant us sleeping in the cold car over night! How else would we get home? As soon as I called Charley’s Roadside Assistance, I was assured that someone would come out tonight and “right away”. Naturally, our confidence was a bit tarnished at this point. But, we had to trust someone. We chose to trust the right people!!! A short time after putting in our service call, someone was dispatched. Someone was on site to assist us within one hour! The technician was so compassionate. He worked quickly and was sensitive to what a stressful situation we were in with hungry, sleepy, cold children. We highly recommend using Charley’s services. Charley - we can’t thank you and your partners at Lamar Locksmithing enough!!!

When she got a flat tire in DC on her way home from a business trip, I called Charley and he was on the spot in less than half an hour. He was easily able to fix the flat and had my wife on her way in no time. He was very friendly, professional and affordable. We are very thankful for his help!!!
