  This was my first accident; Unfortunately, I got "t-boned" so I was a little shaken up and overwhelmed by the entire process (i.e. fling a claim, finding a rental car, choosing a body shop, etc.). I came across Advanced Collision Center II while trying to choose from the list of body shops that my insurance is contracted with and saw that they had great reviews and high ratings.
  
  This is my first car, my "baby" so I always make sure that I leave it in good hands whenever it needs any type of maintenance or service. From the moment I walked into the door to the time repairs had been completed, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk all the way to Ali who was my consultant. Ali broke the process down to me bit by bit and both him and his staff continued to keep me "in the loop" by giving me frequent updates on my car. This truly put me at ease. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. It took Advanced Collision less than 2 weeks to complete the repairs on my car - I was so shocked but highly impressed by the prompt and thorough services.
  
  I was so elated when I got my car back. Ali and his staff did an excellent job in taking care of me and my car. I would recommend them to anyone and if I or anyone I knows needs repairs done on their car, I would highly recommend them.

  I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received here. After the whole front end of my vehicle was damaged in an accident I did not expect my car to be back on the road for ahwile, but Advanced Collision Center 2 fixed my car faster than the estimated time and left it looking brand new. The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. The body shop manager Marcello was extremely helpful and hands-on from the day that my car was towed here until it was time to pick it up. He made sure to answer any questions that I had throughout the whole process and kept me up to date on the progress of my car until the very end. After the excellence service and repairs that I received from this shop I will never take my car anywhere else.
  I highly recommend Advanced Collision Center 2 to anyone who ever needs work done on their car!
