  They did a great job on my hair. However there was so much confusion on who was doing my hair, I had three different stylists. I was also disappointed that when I arrived at 7, I had to wait for almost 2 hrs before someone even started on my hair. They should definitely use the texting or schedule management tool to schedule appointments.

  I've had my hair done by Nicole twice. She's great, always pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the end result both times. She braids very fast as well. The location is very good, right next to Naylor Rd station (on the Branch Avenue side) and there is ample parking. Make sure to bring cash, there is a sign that says they accept cards but that is not the case.

  Lola knows what she is doing! She is fast & efficient. The pricing is great &&& they have options on hair colors. I got to Lola last minute, she was getting ready to close up the shop but she still took me. I highly recommended LOLA!

  This is my third time coming to the Hair Braiding Club and I must say I once again love how my braids came out. It was exactly what I envisioned. The stylist listened to me and was able to give me the look I wanted and I am so happy. They are really nice there and some hard working women - they ware able to get me done in 3 1/2 hours! That's a record! I recommend HBC to my girls all the time!
