Compel Fitness

Compel is a great resource they are supportive, consistent and accountable. I enjoy the energy of the trainers and the attention to detail while performing exercises so that I can get the maximum benefit without injuring myself.

I had my first training session with Eric today. He is knowledgeable, fun and brings the right combination of challenging but doable workouts with a twist. I have a few injuries and he pushed me enough without making me concerned that I would aggravate my knees and shoulders. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Great trainers who will stay on you to ensure you stay the course. Darius is great, all he needs you to do is show a little commitment and he’ll go the extra mile to help you reach your goals.

The trainers have been really supportive since Day 1! They are truly committed to helping me accomplish my fitness goals, and Tara has been great with my one on one sessions! She’s super helpful and I’ve really enjoyed working with her.

My favorite fitness coaches to workout with are George and Alice their professionalism, tenacity, their care about your form when executing the exercises correctly and their push you attitude makes all the difference to me. Compelling did well when they picked up these two. Great job!
