Typical car dealership. I purchased a ram truck from here. I do think the price was a bit high, but it wasn't high enough to deter my purchase of the truck.

Staff seemed friendly.

I do my service myself, so I don't really have much experience with the service side aside from recalls.

Excellent service department. I was late for my appointment and getting close to closing they verified enough mechanics were still available, there were. Not only did they service my car but they offered to wash and dry as well which is normal but because I was so late it wasn't expected. They have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area with wifi and complimentary Keurig coffee and hot chocolate. The snack machine actually has affordable snacks when most machines have high profit considering they buy snacks in bulk.

Great experience with Ourisman. Prompt courteous, knowledgeable reps and techs. We intend to keep doing business with this particular dealership.

I travel all the way from Howard County just to go to this service shop they provide me coupons and great service plus they have a shuttle to take you to the mall can't beat it
