Excellent service! I needed my passenger side axle replaced immediately and Raul was amazing! He corresponded with me via text every step of the way and even went to pick up the axle because Honda didn’t drop it off like they were suppose to. I waited in the waiting room which was very clean and peaceful and they fixed my car in an hour. They even glued my rain suction back on my drivers side door without me asking. Excellent service and facility and would recommend them 100% ‼️ Thank you!

I have gone to Global Motors for many years. It is hard to beat this place in terms of value and professionalism. Raul and Eduardo are world class! I highly recommend this place to everyone seeking a new mechanic.

The only downside is that they are not located close to my house, or public transportation. However, I still make the trip out to Beltsville because I prefer to work with someone I can trust!

I wish I could tell you something about Ed and Raul that hasn't already been said but I can't. These two men are such nice decent people who know their business. They treat their customers like family. Their highest priority is to make the customer happy with the work they perform on your vehicle. The prices are always fair and I have found them to be honest and trustworthy. Ed and his staff do a great job for a great price in a timely fashion. They never use pressure tactics and the demeanor of the each staff member is warm and friendly! Awesome shop!!!!
