The best
Station is well laid out, clean and had easy access to the beltway
How exactly does one "review" a Metro station? It's clean, safe, relatively well-maintained. There is ample parking in the paid lot. I am not aware of the station having any washroom facilities, which I guess is both a blessing and a curse. It's relatively easy to get a seat when leaving from the terminus.
Coming from Baltimore this was easiest way into Washington, rode to National Archives station just a couple blocks from the Mall, was very enjoyable. $40 for a party of 4 round trip.
This is a great station for gaining quick access to the downtown area without the need to traverse much of the morning rush hour traffic on the beltway or MD200 when coming in from the northeast.
Commonly I will stop here and use it as the point of entry to get to the rest of Washington DC.
The downside is how quickly the parking lot fills up during rushour times and the distance that you will ultimately end up walking if you get to this station in the 9:00 hour.
