Initial experience with the service dept was sub par but they quickly turned it around and that's why I'm giving them 4 stars! I took my vehicle to the shop and when I arrived, I was initially greeted. After about 15 minutes, I asked the associates in the garage if anyone was going to assist me, as I was the only car in line at the time. All faces were in their computer screens (some were in their phones). After seeing my visible frustration, I was assisted and I asked for the manager. The sales and service managers assisted swiftly, understood my frustration, and rectified the situation quickly and professionally! My car was checked-in for an approx. 2-3 hour service. After about 4-5 hours (and a few update requests), my vehicle was finally brought out with my invoice. Apparently, they not only fixed the job I checked-in for but also took car of replacing a part (free of charge) that had been recalled. I wasn't aware of the second job until I received my invoice, but I was grateful nonetheless.

Besides the managers, there was one employee that waited for me to get my vehicle, allowed me to review the invoice, and answered my questions - Thank you, Kenji! He stayed until the job was done and never appeared impatient. While discussing additional work, he asked that I come in the following week to inspect the problem area(s) and we scheduled a time. When I arrived, the experience was completely different and very positive! From the greeting, to the check-in, and the follow-up with Kenji on what was found and where to prioritize.

All-in-all, it's great to see a company care about customer experience and you have an exemplary service member in Kenji.

Service department were very helpful and professional. They made me feel comfortable about taking care of my vehicle. By far one of the best service departments I have taken my vehicle to and will continue to take it to.
