NovaCare Rehabilitation provided me with top notch service! It was a 5 minute drive from my home which was very convenient for me. Customer service was excellent and friendly. My physical therapist Nielsen Atchinson offered superior service and effective advice during each session. She made what some would consider challenging sessions exciting and fun. Her pleasant and friendly personality permeated throughout the entire center. The therapy I received was highly effective in treating the issues I was having with my hip. The sessions also motivated me to increase my physical activities daily. I would highly recommend Nielsen and NovaCare to family and friends.

I wholeheartedly endorse the Ft. Washington office. The front desk, Ms. Paula and Ms. Renee greet you warmly and make an extra effort to assist you with your scheduling requirements. Also, they encourage you to work hard and meet your goals. This is a small but important touch. There are some days that you don't feel like working out and they lift your spirit as you walk in the door. The Therapists, Ms Nielsen and Ms Zelinda are professional and supportive. In particular, Ms. Zelinda is firm and encouraging in her instructions. Yet, she is compassionate about her client's progress. You feel that she care as much as you do about your progress. Also, they aggressively sanitized the equipment after each use. This is extremely important during pandemic

I received excellent care from the Physical Therapists at NovaCare Rehabilitation Center in Fort Washington, Maryland. Shannon, Emily, Anne and Zelinda are very professional, while keeping a friendly atmosphere. The Front Desk Staff, Paula and Loretta, are very helpful including scheduling the appointments. This is the place to go for a good recovery experience.

I live in Maryland and used to go to Virginia for physical therapy -- and after my recent shoulder replacement surgery, I couldn't get into Mt Vernon but NovaCare worked with me to get in in quickly which is what the doctor required. I didn't expect I would stay but I was hooked on the practice after the first visit and wow! I am so thankful I found them!! It doesn't matter which therapist you see -- all are women -- and they all know their business 100% if not more. Schedules are impeccably on time, the front desk staff are efficient and if you can believe it, it's almost enjoyable -- a welcoming, friendly place. I've been through a lot of PT and this is THE BEST. It's like going to visit friends instead of going for torture.
