(July 18, 2023, 7:31 pm)The Gates of Cipriano is a beautifully welcoming was complex. The Property Manager (Andrea Spencer) and her team is very knowledgeable and helpful whenever it's needed. Ms. Spencer has been amazing since she took over the role and the property has been ran flawlessly.

(June 13, 2023, 9:37 am)Yes I love living I have been here for year and it has been great the property manager Andrea is very professional always getting what ever need to be done Charisma is also great any questions or problems you have she is on top of it. This leasing staff we have now is the best since I’ve been living here and I don’t want to move I am making this my permanent home 🏠. The maintenance is great to Julio and Dennis is great they always getting things done. Thank you guys you are the best

(March 24, 2023, 5:16 pm)I recommend The Gates Of Cipriano since Andrea the now proper property manager has been in office her job is not easy the people before her left her with a lot of work, but she gets it done. The new assistant manager Ms. Bridgett has superior customer service as well as Shania the leasing consultant she’s amazing the new maintenance team is great as well. They’ve managed to come out and fix majority of my problems the entire team has made a big 360 turn since Andrea became property manager so I literally have no complaints. The gym is up and running and the pool this makes me so happy because my children are happy their love to go swimming. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
