(December 6, 2018, 7:11 pm)Kevin was literally the best technician you could ask for. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. The first technician that responded out actually made the furnace worse. Kevin came in and diagnosed it and knew exactly what to do. Would recommend Michael & Sons SOLELY because of my experience with Kevin. Kudos for a job well done.

(November 14, 2018, 12:44 pm)I am always pleased with Michael & Son services. Their last visit here was to do the annual furnace inspection. My technician was Chris.He was a superior workman who explained things as he did his job. He was friendly and courteous and very efficient. He left the furnace area clean,neat, as one might expect. He showed me how to replace the filter which I've always had trouble doing. These seem like simple things but important to me. I think Chris has to be one of your best technicians.I just enjoyed talking to him. He knows his job and does it well. Give this man a raise!!

In few words, their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Last Friday, Technician Mohamed Kallah Bah visited my house to perform a precision tune-up and check on the house's gas furnace. Mohamed's quality of service contributed to Michael & Son Service's reputation. Thank you.

(November 3, 2018, 9:28 am)Polite, professional, and kept their appointment time. Looked everything over and recommended services. No pushy sales and gave plenty of information on what was needed to be done now, what could be put off until later.
Appreciated that they wore shoe covers inside the house and cleaned up after themselves.
