The Sports Pro Physical Therapy, located in Fort Washington, MD , is an outstanding Clinic. I had a total knee replacement and from the first time that I went for therapy the staff was attentive, responsive and care about ow I was feeling aside from my pain level. I appreciated their knowledge, and their ability to motivate me as an individual that I could do the exercise and the importance of during the exercises every day. I saw the improvement and because of them and myself doing the work I am at 6 months post-surgery, walking, riding my bike and workout again. Thank you Team

Arthritis had eroded my knees to the point both knees were bone on bone. I was not yet eligible for knee replacement surgery. At this point I was very depressed. I decided to try physical therapy. Sports Pro Physical Therapy and Aquatics at 930 Swan Creek in Fort Washington showed me exercises to do for my legs and knees that have greatly improved my movement and eliminated much of my pain. I am now moving so much better and with so little pain. They also gave me printouts showing and demonstrating all the exercises they taught me, and that I need to continue to do to maintain my new levels of mobility. My experience at Sports Pro Health was very good. I felt at home at the very first session that I went to. The therapist that was helping me Mrs. Ann, she gave me great advice on certain stretches I could do at home. The environment was very professional, and well organized. I enjoyed the process of getting me back on the court, I wouldn’t have been able to do that without Mrs. Tamara and Sports Pro Health.
