They lubricated the jack on my trailer as a very kind courtesy. They didn’t try and sell me anything and that was such a relief. We’ll be in the market for an upgrade soon, and Hawks will get the first crack at our business. Thank you for being so professional and proficient.

It took a long time to decide however their knowledge, patience, and continued efforts to make us feel comfortable with such a large purchase was greatly appreciated.
