(September 2, 2018, 8:18 pm)They are really terrific. This place is not a gym. It follows the box routine of cross fit where you intensely do multiple activities in succession to teach exhaustive failure. Then wait a few minutes and do the same thing. You use all your muscles, especially tour core.
