(January 16, 2023, 10:43 am)KI Abbey has done three projects for us- tiling our master bathroom including a walk in shower, tiling the walls around a bath and the floors of our children's bathroom, and demoing/installing vinyl laminate throughout our home. We've been happy with all three jobs! They have always been quick to schedule and install, they have friendly and knowledgeable staff (Richie is great!), and they're affordable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family!

(August 26, 2022, 7:30 pm)I needed a good flooring place to go to for a house I bought on Kent Island 🏝 that's being renovated. I've owned multiple Chemdry carpet and upholstery cleaning franchises for over 20 years & understand the industry a little bit, LOL. I'm new to the Island here, and ended up at Abbey Floors with Sean & his dad Gene. I purchased 2 levels of vinyl flooring from them, and a top level of carpet. They are very knowledgeable, and NOT PUSHY SALES PEOPLE ! My experience was A +++ !! These guys , along with their install techs are outstanding !! ITrust me, use Abbey Floors. Their prices were great, and so was the service !!

Worked with Gene, who was fantastic and so accommodating to our schedules and needs. He really took care of us and was super easy to work with and quickly takes care of any issues. End results in both houses are beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Happy customers here!

Sean came out to give an estimate and brought a few sample carpets to look at and keep so we could see it in the daylight the next day. We went in to see some other samples and brought those home too. Once we booked we had carpet installed within 2 weeks! Mario and George did amazing work replacing our carpet. I honestly c annoy find where the seams are even though I know they are there in some rooms. I definitely recommend Abbey Floors for your next carpet installation.

(May 8, 2018, 9:52 pm)We had KI Abbey do our floors for the 5th time this week (over a 10 year span). They have installed berber carpets, oak hardwood, ceramic tile, and vinyl planking. Our sales/service Rep, Rich, is always professional and knowledgeable. He and the entire staff all respond in a prompt manner, and are extremely courteous. We even had flooring done at our daughter’s condo and carpeting on a few boats. It is a pleasure to do good business with honest local people. We highly recommend KI Abbey and will be patrons for life.
