  My wife and I had an AWESOME EXPERIENCE at Tom Hodges. We worked with Eric in Sales and Lauren was our business manager who worked with us thru all the paperwork. They were both fantastic to work with. They were very professional, patient, courteous, and helfpful in working with us as we traded in a Honda and bought a Mitsubishi. I cannot say enough on how friendly and easy the process was. And the owner, Tom Hodges sat down with us also, and helped answer all our questions about warranties, prices, car specifics, and all our other questions. His great attitude and willingness to make sure we were completely satisfied was very evident and he ensures, his employees have that same work ethic. I will go to them first the next time I need to buy a car. They easily get 5 STARS.

  5 stars all the way!! Tom Hodges Mitsubishi made buying a car such an easy process! I have always considered buying a car such a long, drawn out process. But they made it so simple. I truly felt like family while I was there. I will certainly recommend them and I will definitely be a return customer!

  I have bought 2 used cars from Tom Hodges. They are just the most professional and caring auto sales group. It's so comforting to be able to buy my car from a reliable dealership and be able to do all of my preventative care (oil changes,...) there. They are always helpful, happy, and professional. Thank you Cynthia, Jeremiah, and Lauren for helping me buy my Ford Flex. I LOVE LOVE it!

  We bought our Honda CR-V @Hodges a couple of years ago. We are completely happy with the car buying process. The vehicle had a lingering smell inside & they worked at it 3 times until we were satisfied with it. We bring all our vehicles to their service center which is top notch in customer service. We have been considering another vehicle recently.Taylor and Tom have both been extremely helpful in finding the right fit for our family. Kudos to the Tom Hodges team!

  I had a fantastic experience. Multiple employees helped me by answering questions and helping me figure out financing. I really felt like they bent over backwards to get me the best deal and find the best car for my budget. Tom was also very hands on. For the owner he was approachable and kind, it surprised me how much time he spent with the customers. Once my car was selected everyone again spent time with me showing me all the features and ins and outs of the model.
  
  It was the first time I’ve ever bought a new car and I could not be happier. I’d recommend Tom Hodges to anyone. You will not be disappointed by the customer service or the quality of their products.
