(May 24, 2018, 3:09 pm)We saw this Dr in Leonardtown. Our wait was not long( I had not yet finished the paperwork before we got called). He was very thorough..... he took his time to explain the problems and the treatments. I thought he had amazing bedside manners as well as extremely knowledgeable. We have seen an immunologists/ allergists since my son was 1 outside Chicago and I thought she was amazing! I went through a few that were not when we switched towns and drove to get back to her...... So, my expectations are high and I won’t settle. Dr Simlote exceeded my expectations with a complex case. He found something drs here have been missing. I also like that he could have chosen the most expensive route, but instead suggested we start simple with cheaper/ less terrifying options for my little one and come back and consider the next step if we didn’t see enough improvement with the initial suggestions/ prescription. I also found his office staff in Leonardtown bent over backwards for us. I won’t see anyone else here( if he wasn’t up to snuff we would drive to Hopkins on children’s like I do for ortho and his ENT and a lot of my medical needs.); but he is AMAZING!
