After Superstorm Sandy totaled two cars (1 tree vs. 2 cars = no cars) Erie rocked, got me in a rental right away and got the claims settled quickly.

I purchased a car last year, and needed a declaration page sent to my bank for insurance verification, and Sandy took care of me AFTER HOURS to set up everything for a smooth transition. I'm thankful that I've not had a claim (knock on wood!) but am sure I would get immediate attention from any agent I'm assigned at the office in the event of one.
