(January 17, 2019, 7:00 pm)Nice, clean, no usual "hotel odor", beautiful rooms and accepts AAA for discount. Staff very nice, the morning front desk lady very sweet and smiled and helped us join the Wyndham rewards program to start earning a free night! Continental breakfast, however, just pass on it. No fruit, stale English muffins. They give you a huge list and directions to all restaurants near the hotel, very smart and a very kind thing to do.

(January 15, 2019, 10:34 am)I enjoyed my stay the staff was very helpful I am a otr driver my truck had transmission problem and they put me and my dog up for a week at a very good rate and even sent a shuttle out to get me even though it was after hours for the shuttle very clean rooms and very friendly staff if I have to stay in Hagerstown again I will stay there again

(September 25, 2018, 3:20 pm)Not fancy, but clean & my room seemed well maintained. I stayed down the hall, to the right of the check in station. Gentleman was friendly & was able to quickly replenish the towels housekeeping forgot to leave. Park sufficient for hotel & we were able to park easily @ end of lot because we were towing trailer. Easy access to Interstate 81 & 70 in Hagerstown. Would stay again.

(August 27, 2018, 10:43 am)First. The room was small, didn’t have coffee pot. Second. Everyone was nice, I had to stay 4 days while my truck was in shop. They accommodated my pet. Don’t listen to the reviews until you experience them yourself. I will definitely stay here again. Maybe next time they will coffee pot in the smoking rooms
