  When I moved to Hagerstown from Connecticut I wanted to convert a wood burning fireplace to natural gas. I received a recommendation from a friend to contact Kay Dunn at Shawleys. I had three gas fireplaces in previous homes, both propane and natural gas, so I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for. Ms. Dunn quickly directed me to the type and model of the fireplace that I wanted. The installation process was easy and efficient. However, installation of natural gas lines by Columbia Gas was a bit more involved. I was really hoping that we could enjoy the new fireplace for the Christmas holidays. The fireplace was installed in our family room in plenty of time. However, the gas line install continued to take time. Finally, on December 23rd, the gas lines were in and ready for final hookup. One more thing. Shawley's installers were given a half day off on the 23rd. Nevertheless, Shaweys senior tech made the final hookup on the afternoon of December 23rd. Ms Kay Dunn couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to ensure our fireplace was installed in time. The fireplace itself presents a beautiful fire. Like most new model fireplaces it is thermostatically controlled and has all the features for a comfortable fire. As one can imagine I give Shawleys my strongest possible recommendation. Thank you Ms. Dunn and your fine work team.

  Thanks to Kendra - our issue from Friday has been resolved. The truck was out first thing this morning and filled the propane tank. Thanks again Kendra for the excellent customer service to resolve our issue.
  
  Wow! We called Shawleys a week ago to fill our tank....they were supposed to be here yesterday (12-14-17) they never showed. We are out of gas!Called tonight and Jim, got angry and flat out told us "we aren't coming" until Monday...nice customer service. Will never recommend these people again!

  I have been a very happy customer with Shawley`s for about five years. I have absolutely nothing critical to say. From propane price and delivery to gas line installation. My service has been outstanding.

  After having accounts with other companies in the past, we found Shawley's and have been with them for many years. What attracted us initially was that they offered the best price for LP gas delivery. Over the years, we have found Shawley's has continued to offer us a good rate. We have taken advantage of their pre-season purchase contract for LP gas deliveries. Shawley's has always given us good customer service, they answer their phones and return their calls, are always responsive when we have needed to contact them about our account or to schedule an early delivery if our tank is getting low. Making payments is easy, can be done online.
