  The rooms were excellent and very clean. Although the breakfast food was really good, they do not provide free breakfasts like other marriotts.

  My wife has a Marriott rewards program, due to frequent work trips. We stay at Marriott when we travel. Never had a bad experience! Always friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great coffee in lobby, local beers. Hagerstown location is no exception! Keep it up, Marriott!

  Had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. Housekeeping was fantastic, giving me extra regular coffee for in the morning was very much appreciated. Friendly hospitable staff.

  What I saw of the hotel looked nice. I was there for a conference so I didn't have a room. The staff that I met were very polite and friendly.

  Check-in was easy and employees were friendly. Lobby is nice and is good area to meet with others. Room was very clean (I look in the weird areas lol), and I was real happy with the pillows. Good AC, except I like to put the fan on constant and it had a time limit. Had a little issue with the water pressure in the shower the 1st morning. I assume everyone was getting ready at the same time? The water remained hot so that's good, but the pressure did drop so low for 30 seconds I thought the water was turned off. It's in the parking lot of a mall and plenty of things to eat in the immediate area. Hotel was quiet and never had an issue finding parking. Check out was quick and easy, 5 seconds tops. Will definitely stay again if in the area.
