  Heather Riggin is getting a big nod from me today. I have been with the company for 26 years and they have never let me down through car issues; house flooding; storm messes; life insurance changes; or just basic customer service. Heather (and the rest) are always happy when they answer the phone; call back when they say they will; knowledgeable, and endlessly patient when being blistered by a million questions as I am always doing. In a world where customer service is on the back shelf and people are not always happy to be working, Allstate has managed not to forget the personal touch and recognizes how important it is to establish solid relationships in this fast paced, electronic, depersonalized tech world we are drowning in, slowly but surely. Oh yeah, and they are always finding ways to save me money!!! Thank you Heather and the entire Allstate team. You are being trained correctly and I will always be a loyal member of the family. Give these people a raise!! GO ALLSTATE!!!!!!!

  I have had insurance , homeowners and auto with "Jack" for almost 10 years , they take the time and energy to get the best policy for you , in my case I had 3 claims against me that should not have been there , they set up a conference call and had each one removed saving me hundreds and maybe thousands !

  Heather and Melvin are my agents and I absolutely love their knowledge, eagerness to assist and dedication to Allstate. This is my first policy on my own and I had no idea what to do. Heather helped set me up and helped apply discounts that I didn’t even know about! Most recently, Melvin answered some of my recent billing questions in such a timely manner and couldn’t be happier; definitely put a laugh and smile on my face today. Thanks guys for being fantastic! I’ll be renewing my policy with you guys soon :)

  My agent Lori Garvey is awesome! I had an incident involving my vehicle. I contacted her and she was so helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend her and this company to anyone.
